- After successful payment, you will receive:

- A confirmation email with a download link or access instructions.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- In most cases, access to your eBook is instant, within a few minutes of payment approval.
- In rare cases (e.g., payment verification delays, technical issues), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

4. Account & Access
- You may be required to create an account to access and re-download purchased eBooks.
- It is your responsibility to keep your login details secure.
- Some eBooks may be delivered via third-party platforms; any specific access instructions will be provided after purchase.
5. Download Limits & Formats
- Download limits (number of downloads and availability period) may apply and will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
- Available file formats (e.g., PDF, ePub, MOBI) are indicated for each product. Please ensure your device supports the format before purchase.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery
Contact us if:
- You have not received the confirmation email or download link
- The download link does not work
- The file is corrupted or unreadable
We will verify your order and reissue the download link or provide an alternative solution.
7. Incorrect Email or Order Details
If you entered an incorrect email address or other details and did not receive your eBook:
- Contact us as soon as possible at info@literatex.com with your full name, order date, and any payment reference.
- Once we can verify your purchase, we will update your details and re-send the access link.
8. Non-Delivery Due to User Technical Issues
LiterateX is not responsible for non-delivery due to:
- Spam filters blocking our emails
- Full inboxes or email provider issues
- Incompatible devices or software
However, we will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase (e.g., resending emails, providing alternative formats where available).
