1. Nature of Products
LiterateX sells digital eBooks only. Once delivered, they cannot be physically returned.
2. No Returns After Delivery
- All sales are final once the eBook has been delivered.
- An eBook is considered delivered when:
- The download link or access details have been sent to your email, and/or
- The eBook is made available in your account for download or viewing.
- No returns, cancellations, or refunds are available after delivery, except where required by applicable law.
3. Pre‑Delivery Cancellations
- If you contact us before your eBook has been delivered (before download/access is provided), we may, at our discretion, cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Faulty Files or Access Issues
While we do not offer returns after delivery, we will assist in cases where:
- The file is corrupted or does not open, or
- You did not receive access due to a technical issue.
In such cases, we will:
- Re-send the download link and/or
- Provide a replacement file or alternative format (if available).
If we are unable to provide you with a working copy of the eBook you purchased, we may, at our discretion and in compliance with local law, issue a refund.
5. Incorrect Purchase
- Please check your order carefully (title, language, format, device compatibility) before paying.
- We do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or incompatibility with your device or software, once delivery has occurred.
6. Unauthorized Use of Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not obligated to refund purchases made using your account if your credentials were compromised, but we will work with you to secure your account going forward.
